Summary

A Bird's-Eye View of Life with ADD & ADHD was written expressly for teenagers and children by twelve teens and a young adult who are living with this challenging condition. These young people offer the best kind of advice--advice based upon first-hand experience. This book offers factual information and practical strategies in words and examples that young people can easily understand and put into practice. It also leaves teens and their families with a sense of hope that they too will survive this somtimes overwhelming disorder.
