About the Author

As a 41 year old in the fitness business since I was 18, I have seen fads and workouts come and go. I have taken the best of each of the fitness modalities I am trained in - yoga, Pilates, Spinning, aqua, resistance (Body Training Systems and CPT through NASM, NCSF and AFAA), kickboxing and more and created what I think is the most comprehensive workout out there.
