| Dr. Brown is a clinical psychologist who received his Ph.D. from Yale University and maintains a private practice in Hamden, CT. specializing in assessment and treatment of high-IQ children, adolescents and adults with ADD and related problems. He is an Asst. Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine and is Associate Director of the Yale Clinic for Attention and Related Disorders. |

The scales allows you to quickly (20-40 minutes) screen for indications of attention deficit disorder (ADD) in adolescents or adults. The 40-item
self-report examines the ability to sustain attention, to activate and organize work tasks, sustain energy and effort to complete tasks, regulate moods, utilize short-term working memory, and recall learned material. The READY SCORE form gives you an immediate summary score, indicating overall impairment from a broad range of ADD symptoms. Adolescent version 12 to 18 years and adult version. The Brown ADD Diagnostic Form, one for adolescents and one for adults, provides guidelines for comprehensive assessment of ADD and is suggested for use in conjunction with the Brown ADD Scales. The forms include guidelines for using ability scales subtest data, a Protocol and Record Form for a semistructured clinical interview, a Scoring Summary, a Multirater Evaluation Form for complete DSM-IV AD/HD criteria, a Worksheet
for analysis of IQ subtest data relevant to ADD, a Screener for Comorbid Disorders, an IQ Test Summary Form, and the Overall Diagnostic Summary Form.
