This two hour video teleconference with legal experts Jeanne Kincaid and Jo Anne Simon and psychologist Deborah Berkman focuses on issues related to diagnosis and documentation of psychological disorders in students in higher education. Topics include issues of disclosure. Confidentiality, and dual diagnosis. Policies governing appropriate documentation and the role of the disability service provider in determining accommodations is covered. Case studies are presented to illustrate issues.
