ADAPT Kit

Each kit comes with four ADAPT Teacher Accommodation Planbooks and four ADAPT Student Planbooks. Each ADAPT Teacher Accommodation Planbook contains the Academic Performance Inventory, Accommodation Plan Form, Accommodation Tracking Form, and Medication Effects Rating Scale. These guide teachers in evaluating a student’s areas of difficulty and designing appropriate accommodations to help with problems of inattention, disorganization, motor activity, and impulsitivity.
The ADAPT Student Planbook helps students plan their assignments and keep track of their daily performance. It helps to implement the accommodation plan designed by the teacher. Each ADAPT Student Planbook can be used for 4 to 6 weeks.
