The Conners’ Global Index (CGI) is ideal for treatment monitoring. CGI ratings are used to characterize patterns of behavior. The relatively brief CGI versions evaluate the reported problem behavior on 10 items found to be critical in assessing the severity of childhood problems. The CGI form is incorporated into the CRS–R Parent and Teacher long versions and is available separately.
