Now, just released, the Computerized ADSA facilitates the entry, scoring, and interpretation of the ADSA. The ADSA can be administered to patients in two ways. Using the "Quick Entry" 2-page questionnaire, the answers are entered into the program for instant scoring and interpretation. Even more rapid, the optional "Patient Entry" version allows patients to take the test 'on-line'. The software allows unlimited Quick Entry application, and also comes packaged with 10 free Patient Entry scorings. Additional Patient Entry scorings can be purchased separately.
The Computer ADSA produces several reports. The 6-page interpretive report provides an interpretive statement for each ADSA subscale and total score, lists raw and T-scores (based on non-clinical and clinical norms) for each subscale, generates a bar graph of the results (based on T-scores), and lists all item responses. The summary report lists all patient information entered (name, age, address, etc.) and any notes. It also lists all ratings with their dates and raw and T-scores for each subscale in chronological order. All the above reports are exportable into most major word processing programs.
System requirements: IBM compatible 486 PC or better running Windows 3.1 or 95, an SVGA monitor, at least 8 MG of RAM, approximately 3 MB of available hard disk space, and a mouse.
