About the Author

The Conners Early Childhood BEH—Parent Response Booklet contains 115 items and comes in a package of 25 Conners Early Childhood Parent Behavior Forms.

Designed to assess the concerns of parents about preschool-aged children ages 2-6. Used with computer scoring software (additional). Ratings are made on the Forms and then scored using the Conners EC software (additional cost).No handspring is possible.

These forms are useful when there are concerns regarding a child's behavior only, and all other developmental milestones are appropriately met. They are appropriate for initial evaluations, but can also be used to monitor progress. These forms include all of the Behavior Scale Items, Other Clinical Indicators, Conners Early Childhood Global Index, Validity Scales, Impairment Items and Additional Questions.
